Two Night Stay:
All of our horsemanship camps will focus on the following:
• Horseback Riding (3rd Graders & Younger-Arena Ride/4th Graders & Up-Trail Ride)
• Grooming a Horse
• Tacking up a Horse
• Learning How our Barn Operates
• Care of Horses
• Learning Fun Facts About Breeds, Coloring, Etc. of Horses
Troops will stay in warm cabins with private bathrooms and showers. Depending on troop sizes, you may have a cabin to yourself or you may share with another troop. Please let us know of any dietary needs a week prior to camp starting (gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian). We can accommodate these, but cannot guarantee cross contamination, so feel free to bring your own food if you need to. We will have a fridge/freezer to store items in as well as a microwave to heat up anything. All Scouts will have fun on a tractor ride, the big swing and also a campfire with smores :)
For our scheduled activities: 3rd graders and younger will be grouped together and the 4th graders and up will be grouped together for all rotations.
- 3rd graders and younger will have a lesson in the arena.
- 4th graders and up will go on a trail ride.
High Ropes will ONLY be available for the two night stay, which is included in the pricing.
Register early to guarantee your correct T-shirt size.
*Troops may be split into different cabins/rotations depending on troop size/leaders attending.
No more than 2 adult leaders per troop. If you feel you need to register more than 2 adults, this needs to be prearranged with Jessica at email@example.com
NOTE: Girl Scouts do not need to complete RRR Medical and Liability forms. You will be doing this through Girl Scouts.
