Registration Form

To Register for a Parent/Child Retreat (Weekend, Day, or Week) there are 3 steps that must be completed.

1) A registration form must be completed. (Located below)

Note: Only one for needed per family unless you have more than 3 youths attending.

2) You must then purchase the event. (See Purchase Camps/Events in the main menu.)

Note: You will need to purchase the event individually for every person attending.

3) Print the Liability and Medical Releases. (See Liability releases in the main menu.)
